This is a draft for review by a lawyer. It is not in effect and is not legal advice. Items in brackets need real details.
Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Inhaus is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [COUNTRY] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. In these terms, “we” means that company and “you” means the person or organization using Inhaus.
2. What Inhaus does
Inhaus lets you deploy web apps from AI tools that support MCP connectors, host them, and share them with people you choose. Company workspaces put apps behind the company’s sign-in and give admins controls over sharing, data rules and access records.
3. Your account
You give us a work email and organization name when you sign up, and a phone number if you choose to. Keep them accurate.
In a company workspace, admins can manage members, change who can open apps, and see the access log for that workspace.
You are responsible for activity in your account, including actions an AI tool takes through the Inhaus connector after you authorize it.
4. Your apps and data
You keep ownership of the apps you deploy and the data in them.
You give us permission to store, run and show your apps to the people you share them with, only as needed to provide Inhaus.
[DRAFT: confirm what happens to apps and data when an account is closed, and for how long they are kept.]
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Inhaus to host malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal where you or your users are.
Don’t try to get around sign-in, permissions or outbound data rules, or access another workspace’s apps.
Don’t deploy apps that collect data from people without the notices and consent the law requires.
6. Security checks
Inhaus checks apps for common problems such as keys written into code and data sent to unapproved websites. The checks help you find issues. They will not find every issue. [DRAFT: final wording for counsel.]
7. Plans and billing
Personal use has a free plan. Company plans are billed per builder, meaning each person who deploys or edits apps. People who only open apps are not charged.
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. [DRAFT: add prices, billing period, taxes, refund and cancellation terms.]
8. Suspension and closing accounts
You can close your account at any time. [DRAFT: set out when we may suspend an account or app, for example for non-payment or a breach of section 5, and what notice we give.]
9. Liability
[TO BE WRITTEN BY COUNSEL.]
10. Governing law
[DRAFT: governing law and where disputes are handled.]
11. Changes
We will tell account owners by email before material changes to these terms take effect. [DRAFT: notice period.]
12. Contact
