Admin
Access log
Every open, share, deploy, export and blocked request.
Open Admin → Access log. Every event shows when it happened, who did it, what they did, on which app, and, for changes from an AI tool, which tool.
What is recorded
| Action | Examples |
|---|---|
| Opened | Someone opened an app. |
| Shared | Someone was added or removed, a role or general access changed, an app was published. |
| Deployed | A new version, a rollback, an applied fix. |
| Exported | App data or the access log was exported. |
| Blocked | A request was refused: no access, outside the company, or an app calling a domain that is not allowed. |
Account events (sign-ins, members joining or leaving), secret changes (names only, never values), database writes from db_query and policy changes are recorded too.
Filter
By action, person, app, date range, or free text.
Who sees what
- Admins see the whole workspace.
- App owners see events on their own apps, in the app's Activity and through their AI tool:
Who opened the lead tracker this week?See get_access_log.
Export
Choose Export to download the filtered log as CSV. The link works for 15 minutes. Exporting is itself recorded.
Deleted accounts
When someone deletes their Inhaus account, their name stays on events that already happened. The access log is the company's record.
