Directory queue
Approve what goes into the company directory, and what leaves it.
Open Admin → Directory. It lists what is waiting on an admin before the company directory changes. The number of open items shows as a badge on Directory in the sidebar.
Each item shows what you need to decide: the live app, its listing, README, security scan, warnings, the connectors it sends data to and its secrets (names only).

| New submission | Someone submitted an app and Directory submission approval is on. | Approve, Request changes, Reject. A copy of a listed app can also be rejected as a duplicate. |
| Update to review | A new version of a listed app changed something risky. It shows what changed since the approved version. | Approve update, or Ask to fix or roll back. |
| Suggested changes | An owner accepted changes suggested from a copy, and Suggested changes approval is on. | Approve and merge, or Reject. |
| Unlist request | An owner asked to remove their app, and Unlist approval is on. | Unlist, or Keep listed. |
The app's owner and editors get an email with your decision. Which items need an admin is set in Policies.
