Admin overview
See every app in the company, who built it and who uses it.
Admins of a company workspace get an Admin section in the dashboard. The person who creates the company workspace is its first admin.
The overview page
- Totals with a monthly trend: apps, builders, viewers and open issues.
- Needs attention: failing scans on shared apps, domain requests, access requests and people who are leaving.
- Opens by team and deploys by AI tool: which teams use the most, and whether apps came from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another tool. Opens of deleted apps count under "Deleted apps".
What admins can do
Invite people, choose who is an admin, and manage groups (teams).
Hand over a leaver's apps and remove their access in one step.
Sign-in, guests, the scan, public links, directory approvals and allowed domains.
Submissions, risky updates, suggested changes and unlist requests.
Every open, share, deploy, export and blocked request.
Failing scans and domain requests.
Plan, active builders and invoices.
Admins can also see and manage every app in the workspace: remove access, unlist, transfer ownership, delete, and restore a deleted app within 7 days. An admin can also delete the workspace.
