Workspaces
Leave or delete
Leave a company workspace, delete one, or delete your Inhaus account.
Leave a company workspace
Anyone can leave a company workspace. Open Settings in that workspace and choose Leave workspace.
- Apps you own there move to an admin of the workspace.
- You lose access to the workspace's apps.
- To come back, an admin has to invite you again.
If you are the only admin, you cannot leave until you make someone else an admin under Admin → Members. If you are the only person in the workspace, delete it instead.
You cannot leave your personal workspace. It goes with your account.
Delete a company workspace
Admins only. Open Settings, choose Delete workspace, and type the workspace's name to confirm.
In one step, Inhaus:
- takes every app offline at once. Their data, files and secrets are removed after 7 days.
- removes everyone from the workspace
- disconnects every AI tool connected to it
- cancels the workspace's subscription
- frees the company's email domain, so a new workspace can use it
This cannot be undone. The access log is kept.
Delete your account
Switch to your personal workspace and open Settings (the page is called Plan & settings). Choose Delete my account. Type the email you sign in with to confirm.
Deleting your account:
- signs out every AI tool you connected
- removes you from every workspace
- cancels your subscriptions
- takes the apps in your personal workspace offline at once, and deletes them after 7 days
Two things can stop it, and the dialog tells you what to do:
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| You own apps in a company workspace | Change the owner on each app's Settings tab, then try again. |
| You are the only admin of a company workspace | Make someone else an admin on the Members page. Or tick the box to delete that workspace along with your account. Its subscription is cancelled too. |
This cannot be undone. Company version history and the access log keep your past actions, under your name.
