Admin

Members

Who is in the workspace, and who is an admin.

Open Admin → Members. Each person shows their role, how many apps they own, deploys this month, when they were last active, and which AI tools they use.

Roles in a workspace

RoleCan
MemberBuild and deploy apps, share them, use the directory.
AdminEverything a member can, plus every page in the Admin section.

There is no separate builder role. Anyone who deploys an app or a new version during a month counts as an active builder for billing, automatically. Viewers are always free.

How people join

  • Automatically: with Google sign-in on, anyone with a company Google account on your domain joins the first time they sign in.
  • By invite: choose Invite, enter their emails and pick a role. They get an email with a link, and must sign in with the address it was sent to. Pending and expired invites show on the same page.

Groups

The Groups tab lists the workspace's groups. They are also its teams: the names people share with ("the sales team") and list directory apps under. Choose New group, name it and add people. Open a group to rename it, add or remove people, or delete it. Groups synced from your company directory are shown read-only, because the next sync would undo a change.

Your AI tool can list the teams too:

Which teams are in our Inhaus workspace?

Change someone's role

Choose the role next to their name. A workspace must always have at least one admin, so you cannot demote the last one (last_admin).

Members can leave a workspace themselves. The apps they own move to an admin.

People leaving

When your Google directory marks someone as deactivated, Inhaus ends their sessions straight away and flags them as Leaving in Members and in the needs-attention list. Their apps keep running until you hand them over. See Offboarding.
