Offboarding

When someone leaves, their apps should not die with their account or keep running under it. Offboarding fixes both at once.

1. Open their row in Members

   Go to Admin → Members, find the person (they may already show as Leaving), and choose Offboard.

2. Pick new owners

   For each app they own, choose who takes it over. The new owner must be a member of the workspace.

3. Confirm

   In one step, Inhaus:

   • moves ownership of each app to the people you picked
   • removes every app access the person had
   • signs them out of the dashboard and every app
   • disconnects every AI tool they connected

Apps keep their address, versions, data, files and secrets. Their names stay on past events in the access log, because the log is the company's record of what happened.
