Access requests

People at your company can ask for access to an app they cannot open.

When someone at your company opens an app's link but has no access, they see a page that lets them Request access.

They ask
They choose Request access. They can only have one open request per app; asking again shows the same request.
You are told
The app's Owner gets an email with Approve and Deny buttons. The request also shows in the dashboard's needs-attention list. Admins see every request in the workspace.
You decide
Approve gives them access (as a Viewer, unless you pick Editor) and emails them the link. Deny closes the request and lets them know.

Only signed-in people from the same workspace can request access. People outside the company see a page saying the app is only for that company.
