What viewers see
The sign-in and access pages in front of every app.
Every request to an app goes through the Inhaus gateway first. Depending on who is visiting, they see one of these:
Not signed in
A sign-in page with the company's name and the app's name. They sign in with their company Google account and land on the app. They stay signed in on that app until the session ends.
Signed in, with access
The app itself. Nothing in between.
Signed in, no access yet
A page explaining they do not have access, with a Request access button. See Access requests.
Signed in with an account outside the company
A page saying the app is only for people at that company, with the option to switch account. Guests you added by email are let in if your admin allows guests.
Shared with me
Everyone can see the apps other people shared with them under Shared with me in the dashboard, newest first. Your AI tool can list them too:
